As Uganda continues to engage with its growing diaspora community, important questions are emerging around citizenship, identity, belonging, and participation. In this expert panel discussion, Uganda Global Forum brings together legal, policy, and diaspora perspectives to explore Uganda’s dual citizenship framework and its implications for Ugandans living abroad.
